Description
The Cisco Acano Certified Engineer 1 (ACE1) is a 3-day instructor-led course that teaches learners how to establish a minimum level of knowledge and competency among Acano resale and installation partners that will enable them to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and operate Acano servers for their customers.
Objectives
Upon completing this course, the learner will be able to meet these overall objectives:
- Install and configure a single-server Acano solution inside the enterprise
- Install and configure a two-server Acano solution that extends access to outside the firewall and links to other internal Cisco Unified Communications applications
- Use the tools provided for troubleshooting
- Install and configure a redundant Acano solution that extends access to outside the firewall and links to other internal Unified Communications applications
