Description

The Cisco Prime Provisioning (CPP) instructor-led course is a lab-intensive course that introduces students to the Cisco Prime Provisioning System, as well as its features and functions.
You will learn the important theoretical concepts on which the provisioning is based, and gain the practical knowledge and skills to successfully deploy it in your network. You will be able to determine that prerequisite configuration parameters based on Cisco for SNMP, Telnet, SSH, logging, ACLs, and so forth are configured on your network devices to work with Cisco Prime Provisioning. In hands-on labs, you will learn to install the Cisco Prime Provisioning software, create and configure MPLS services such as Layer 3 VPNs and complex Layer 2 VPNs, deploy common routing protocols, implement IP multicast, and deploy Multiprotocol Label Switching Traffic Engineering (MPLS-TE) in the classroom environment. You will also perform basic troubleshooting of MPLS services and device discovery.
This course combines lecture materials and hands-on labs throughout to make sure that you are able to successfully deploy a Cisco Provisioning System network.
