Description
The Cisco Prime Service Catalog Intermediate (PSCI) v1.0 is a 4-day instructor-led, lab-based course that introduces learners to the advanced service concepts in the Cisco Prime Service Catalog. Learners learn about active form components, data retrieval rules, wizard-style and grid-based service forms, internal, external, and person-based task configuration, advanced service item concepts, and service lifecycle.
Cisco Prime Service Catalog is a self-service portal that one can use to order and manage any type of IT service, from the data center to the desktop. With the service catalog software, IT can standardize and consolidate a wide array of services and give end users a self-service shopping experience.
